Upon check-in, it is necessary to present a valid bank card from which 1 ruble will be deducted (to verify its details and payment capability) and returned after check-out. The card must be issued in the name of the residing guest. If it is not possible to provide a bank card, it is necessary to provide a security deposit of RUB 5000 by credit card or cash, which will be returned during check-out (minus the use of additional services, if any). In case of refusal to provide a bank card/security deposit, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation. The mini-bar is not included in the room rate and is charged extra. Cost of one parking spot: 100rub/hour, 1500rub/day, 30,000rub/month.

Upon check-in, citizens of the Russian Federation need to present a national internal passport. When staying with children under the age of 14, their birth certificates are required. Guests under the age of 18 need to have permission from one of the parents to stay at the hotel. Foreign guests need to provide a passport with a visa (for visa countries) and a migration card.
