Upon check-in, you must present a valid bank card, from which 1 ruble will be debited (to confirm its details and solvency) and refunded after check-out. The card must be issued in the name of the guest staying. If it is impossible to provide a bank card, it is necessary to provide a security deposit in the amount of RUB 5000 by bank card or in cash, which will be refunded during check-out (minus the use of additional services, if any). In case of refusal to provide a bank card/insurance deposit, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation. A mini-bar is not included in the room rate and is charged extra. The cost of one parking space: 100 RUB/hour, 1500 RUB/day, 30,000RUB/month.
Citizens of the Russian Federation must present their national internal passport upon check-in. When staying with children under the age of 14, their birth certificates must be provided. Guests under the age of 18 must have permission from one of their parents to stay at the hotel. Foreign guests are required to provide a passport with a visa (for visa-free countries) and a migration card.
