The summer menu is already in the restaurant "Manki"!

We focused on fresh flavors and seasonal products. Now the offers are based on light and bright combinations that are ideal for the warmer months.

Cold soups will help you refresh yourself. Classic okroshka can be tasted in two versions at once — on kvass or kefir, and for lovers of tomato gazpacho, we suggest tasting it served with shrimp or crab. Among the salads, special attention should be paid to a mix with half an avocado, string beans and crunchy almonds, as well as an unusual, delicate combination of juicy watermelon with cheese vats and mint.

In the hot section, fragrant fried potatoes with seasonal chanterelles and two spectacular dishes of mussels appeared: in a creamy sauce with blue mold or in an island tom pit with coconut milk. Both dishes are served with crispy ciabatta and pesto. A special item is also provided for companies — a whole baked sterlet with zucchini, pepper and eggplant with narsharab sauce, designed for three or four guests. All seasonal novelties are already available in the restaurant "Manki".
