The full cost of the certificate is paid, no refund is possible.

Terms of use:

The certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The certificate must be presented to the administrator upon check-in.

Certificates can be combined with other certificates, but not with promotions and other special offers.

The certificate cannot be exchanged for money, returned, or renewed. After the expiration date, it becomes invalid.

The certificate can only be used when booking without intermediaries.

If the cost of services is below the nominal value of the certificate, the remaining funds will not be refunded. If the total amount exceeds the amount of the certificate, an additional payment is required.

When making a reservation on the hotel's website, you must specify in the booking comment the number (number) of the valid certificate: "certificate No.<certificate number>".

You can use the certificate if there are available rooms for the desired dates, but no later than the expiration date of the certificate.
