HASH SEASON IN VNUKOVO VILLAGE UNTIL APRIL 30TH

There is a hash season in Vnukovo Village until April 30. On weekdays at any time, and on weekends from 10:00, you can order the miraculous khash soup (1000g/ 1550r.), which has truly magical healing properties.

Rich ("hashel" means "to cook" in Armenian) and fragrant beef leg broth is able to bring back to life a person who spent a lot of energy at a party the day before. Khash, one of the oldest Armenian dishes, has been a proven remedy for hangovers and frequent colds since ancient times. It is believed that even a very drunk person, after eating a generous portion of this soup – transparent, viscous, satisfying, fatty, sobers up before his eyes and gets a second wind. And in the morning, when a sick body just needs help, hash returns energy to the body and cheerfulness to the spirit. 

In Armenia, it is prescribed as an effective remedy for joint problems, as it contains a large amount of collagen.

In VV, hash is served with lavash, garlic, radishes and pickled hot pepper. If desired, you can ask to add tripe.
