There is a hash season in Vnukovo Village until April 30. On weekdays at any time, and on weekends from 10:00, you can order the miraculous hash soup (500g / 890r.), as well as (1000g / 1500r.), which has truly magical healing properties.
A rich ("hashel" is "to cook" in Armenian) and fragrant beef leg broth is able to bring back to life a person who spent a lot of energy at a party the day before. One of the oldest Armenian dishes, khash has been a proven remedy for hangovers and frequent colds since ancient times. It is believed that even a very drunk person, after eating a generous portion of this soup – transparent, viscous, satisfying, fatty, gets sober before his eyes and gets a second wind. And in the morning, when the sick body just needs help, hash returns energy to the body and cheerfulness to the spirit.
