The card must be issued in the name of the staying guest. In case of inability to provide a bank card, it is necessary to provide a security deposit of RUB 5000 by credit card or cash, which will be returned during check-out (less the use of additional services, if any). In case of refusal to provide a bank card/security deposit, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation. The mini-bar is not included in the room rate and is paid additionally. The cost of one parking space: 100 rub/hour, 1500 rub/day, 30,000 rub/month.
When checking in, citizens of the Russian Federation need to present a national internal passport. When staying with children under 14 years old, it is necessary to provide their birth certificates. Guests under 18 need to have a permission from one of the parents to stay at the hotel. Foreign guests are required to provide a passport with a visa (for visa countries) and a migration card.
