Guests' credit cards must be valid for the entire duration of their stay at the hotel. Upon check-in, you must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation.

According to the rules of the hotel, the credit card must be issued in the name of the guest who made the reservation. Otherwise, you will need to pay for your stay with another credit card or cash. In this case, the prepayment will be refunded to the credit card used to make the reservation.

In case of booking for a third party, it is required to contact the hotel administration directly to issue an invoice to the third party. Contact details are provided on the booking confirmation.

In accordance with Russian legislation, accommodation and registration of citizens of the Russian Federation in a hotel (with the exception of residents of foreign countries) is allowed only upon presentation of a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

Children under the age of 14 can only be accommodated if they have a birth certificate.

All foreign guests are required to present a passport with a migration card and a valid visa or other document confirming their legal presence on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The cost of breakfast is not included in the extra bed fee.
