Guest credit cards must be valid throughout the entire stay at the hotel. Upon check-in, a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the booking must be presented.

According to hotel rules, the credit card must be issued in the name of the guest who made the booking. Otherwise, payment must be made with another credit card or in cash. In this case, the prepayment will be refunded to the credit card used for the booking.

For bookings made for a third party, please contact the hotel administration directly to arrange payment. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.

In accordance with Russian legislation, accommodation and registration of Russian citizens at the hotel (except for residents of foreign countries) is allowed only upon presentation of a Russian citizen’s passport.

Children under the age of 14 are accommodated only with a birth certificate.

All foreign guests are required to present a passport with a migration card and a valid visa or other document confirming legal stay in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The fee for an extra bed does not include the cost of breakfast.
