Upon check-in, you must provide a security deposit of RUB 5000 by bank card or in cash, which will be refunded at check-out (minus the use of additional services, if any). In case of refusal to provide an insurance deposit, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation. A mini-bar is not included in the room rate and is charged extra. The cost of one parking space: 100 RUB/hour, 1500 RUB/day, 30,000RUB/month.

Citizens of the Russian Federation must present their national internal passport upon check-in. When staying with children under the age of 14, their birth certificates must be provided. Guests under the age of 18 must have permission from one of their parents to stay at the hotel. Foreign guests are required to provide a passport with a visa (for visa-free countries) and a migration card.
